Question - American Festivals/Holidays

pushkin666.livejournal.comJust a quick question. I'm currently working on a fic with an evil 15 year old Sam *g*.
Are there are any festivals or holiday celebrations in the USA where you would have bonfires and fireworks?
I want to have him dragging Dean along to an event that would specifically have bonfires. Bonfires are more important than the fireworks but it would be nice to have both.
Can anybody help?
